Mobs that use world buffs?

Well..i got the Gnomish Mind Control Cap and I was wondering are there any useful mobs to mind control so I can buff myself( aside from the +83 Fire Resist mobs in UBRS)

So far I found
-Scarlet Friar( r1 fortitude), Deaths Head Priest(r3 fortitude), Holdout Medic(r4 fortitude) Scarlet Priest(r6 fortitude), Archmage Ataeric (arcane intellect r3) horde only mob

Scarlet Medic (Resist Arcane) possibly a VERY good buff in wpvp against mages ,Vile Tutor( Dark Whispers, that's 35 shadow spellpower)

There are mobs that use several ranks of Battle Shout but that buff only lasts 2 minutes so its not worth it and
there are also mobs that use Devotion/Retribution Aura and a Haste Aura(20% Increased Attack Speed) incase you need to become a wannabe paladin but those seem to fade off moments after the mob is ''released'' after the MC.

How long does the vile tutor buff last

Could see some people desiring that
