When you get banned (and it is only a matter of when, cus they will find out), you will have no one else to blame but you/your brother. It's in the ToS's. It's now allowed. You will be banned when you're caught. Why waste your time?
And you do not need a GM to read the obvious to you. It's right there in the rules. You're not a special snowflake.
