from the day i started playing on this server i never been on for more than one and a half hour without the server going down...is this server even on more than 8 hours per day?
i mean if you know how many players there are on the server why don`t you buy a decent host?
am i that unlucky and the servers goes down only when i`m trying to play or is this server really that "professional"?

well if the server was good in terms of online rate i wouldn`t have a problem to pay a subscription like on blizzard servers...but we`re talking about a server where i have to play when they want me to play not when i want or i have time

Why is everyone in here being dismissive to the OP? I sincerely appreciate the effort and hard work put into establishing and maintaining Nostalrius, but we shouldn't stick our heads in a hole and pretend there aren't some issues. The server, in my experience, crashes at least once or twice a day (spread across, say, 2-10 hours of game time). I don't experience crashes every 90 minutes as the OP claims, but certainly, the servers are not perfect.

It'd be great if whatever causes the crashing problem could be corrected, but until then, I will still play on Nost as overall I enjoy my time here. I'm just saying there's no reason to pretend they're perfect as many above posters seem to do.

Because OP was dismissive himself, right from the start. Instead of just asking a question, he had to assume that the server wasn't on for more than 8 hours a day, which all of us know, that it is. If he just came up with a legit question instead of coming with cocky side-comments he would've gotten legit answers.
