isnt there a way of getting the items from gm, if you provide ss and list of all people who were in the raid/dungeon?

They don't bother with dungeon loots, can you imagine if they did what would happen? The forum would be flowded with posts for item restores.
I lost my unforgiven helm back then, nobody gave a hump when i made a post about it.

I hope devs look into this. The difference between losing an Ironfoe and Unforgiven mask is quite large.

According to Pottu you they only do it for "raid level epics." I can understand not doing it for dungeon loot, but Ironfoe definitely is a raid level epic.
