Have any other druids noticed tranquility stop casting for no reason on the odd occasion?

Someone posted a bug report in April and it has not been addressed. Shouldn't have to post 2 bug reports for the same problem.

You can always comment on an existing problem, commenting supposedly increases the priority as it shows the problem is affecting more people.
