Show-HP addon!

Hello pps, I have a question. Is there an addon that actually shows hp of your targets? (real HP, not percentage) I tried out CT, and I was sure it was able to show me that, but, for some reason, it's not working. I can see mana, but I cant see hp. Please help, thanks in advance!
