Possible Missing Fishing quest!

So this is a Horde quest called 'Snapjaw's Mon!' and you accept it from 'Katoom the Angler' in 'Raventusk Village'.
It has you do a quest before you can accept that one called 'Gammerita, Mon!'

The reason why I'm even complaining about this quest is because I want to get
'Nat Pagle's Extreme Angler FC-5000'

It gives +25 to fishing and maybe its not important to anyone but it just helps and lets me stand out! .

Also I tested with a friend who was level 47, we did 'Gammerita, Mon!' and there was no follow up after.

Do you know when that quest and/or item was added to the game? I searched around and a lot of comments showed it was entered on 2.0.6 or after. If they weren't added until after 1.4, they won't be in the game currently.
