Using programs that lower ping allowed on this server?

Reason I ask is because i'm from usa, and my ping sits from 130-150. During primetime the ping stays the same but the delay is quite worse than usual

Since the use of VPNs are allowed, I don't see why the use of ping lowerers wouldn't be allowed. As long as it isn't anything that modifies the WoW client files.

The delay you are experiencing is not from ping

I agree that the delay we experience is not ping related, but server load related.
