Is Bjarn the Elite Polar Bear in Dun Morogh in the game?

Been trying to tame this pet on my lowbie horde hunter. Been stalking the area he spawns in for a couple days now but haven't found him. Has anyone seen this beast on the server?

I have never seen what you are talking about, and i've probably done dun morogh 100 times over 10 years soo...
