Kicked off twice, what's going on?

I got kicked off, couldn't sign back in for a few minutes. Then finally got on, said position in queue 236 or something, after a few mins got in. Then got kicked off again after like 2 minutes of playing. Tried to sign in again, lets me, but brings me to a screen to select a server. I try to pick nostalrius begins, which says medium, few second delay, doesn't let me in just takes me back to the select server screen.

Anyone know what's going on?

That's typically the server restarting. Just wait like 10 minutes and you should be able to log back in.

It keeps happening so I'm playing elsewhere for now.

Did anyone else see the queue thing? Do we thing they actually implemented a queue as many have been requesting? Just curious...

The server has always had a queue, but they don't cap out the players online. Retail blizz has shown that this doesn't work. Players will just never log off so that they don't run into the queue.

I am not necessarily advocating a limit. However, couldn't they just kick people after X amount of inactivity, thus making the queue effective?

I always see the queue when the server restarts. It usually starts around 500 or so but it goes down extremely fast, within seconds. By the time I login, there's already several hundred players back online and within two or three minutes, all 5,000+ players are back online as well.
