It's a joke that results in one or more guild members accidentally quitting their guild. Zadeth's referring to two people: "/gkick" and "/gquit." They are both in a boat together.

Person "/gkick" jumps out of the boat, leaving only person "/gquit" in the boat. When asked "Who is left [in the boat]?" fellow guild members reply "/gquit."

/gquit is the WoW chat command to quit the guild you're currently in, so they are essentially pranked into quitting their guild as exhibited by Zedeth's screenshot.
