Shouldn't toxicity in game be punished?

I don't even know why would someone do something like this , out of nowhere , but shouldn't we have a proper place to report these kinds of badmanner from players?

you can report them in a ticket under behavior/harassment.

theres an ingame feature called ignore. it tends to work well for people mentioned in this thread.
