New to Server. Seeking Advice. Thank You!

I have long played on another vanilla server (which i was happy with but i really want to start fresh) as an active NA raider and was concerned with the availability for clans that i am interested in. I have experience though all end game content (well only spider+abom wing i suppose in the past 10 years) and the in between. I am searching for a NA clan that is actively raiding all endgame content and accepts players (mages) who will be leveling to join them. My concern is raid times and the general.....seriousness of the clan for a lack of a better word. I understand their are some forum topics devoted to clan raid times etc but i was hoping for more in depth discussion and advice of the better NA clans. I have always been a fan of alliance but if there are NA horde clans that better fit my description i would be happy to betray my brethren.
