We're gonna need a second server soon, I'm not sure a server was meant to handle 9k and growing players on at one time. We already have to deal with cut draw distance so we don't start lagging out due to the stress the server is under.

Open another server, if you are worried about population become too low (hard even to imagine) you can always merge them...

They already gave you an opinion, and it was "no". It might be hard to find though, because so many publords make tons of duplicate threads about opening a new server to placate their desire to play on a pve realm away from those scawy bad guyz
