Reporting some exploiters/hackers/Terms Of Use disrespect

Hey guys Lowkee here, been on the server not too too long,
but I thought I'd bring this to your attention since in the lines of the Terms of Use,
" Non exhaustive cheating examples :
Fly Hack;
Teleporting;
Speed Hack;
Passing through textures or wall (NoClip) "

Seeing that I can't get past that wall, it makes me wonder how they did. Questions?
And,
E - Permanent ban.: Hacking ,

Being the first thing placed on the list I can see that they take this seriously.
Abuse of major in-game bugs;
If not hacking, Could this be an abuse case?

Clarification on safe-spotting

Attacking other players while standing on a spot where the guards cannot reach you is no longer allowed, casting through roofs is considered bug abuse.

So all that being said, shutting down an entire questing zone for alliance players by camping their flight path, not just killing but "moving " quest givers to bugged/exploit only/hacked only parts of the map that are blocked by invisible walls... This is abuse of the mechanics of the game, bannable By Terms of service, and here's the Juicy part you all want since you love to say "screenshot or it didn't happen" kind of people.

To bring awareness to the players of the server, so if they see this kind of behavior they know what is an exploit... Mostly for example , and to put the players doing it as an example. Posts of this nature are not alien to being placed on the forums.

Why wouldnt something like this be brought to the forums? The sever is strictly for vanilla not some trash bin that wants to use some program because hes bad. You saying that you dont care if people are hacking on the server ? Why are you even posting on this forum in the first place.... And asking others why they are posting something viable? You took your time to read the post, but obviously missed the whole point..

It's a valid and informative post that should be brought to the attention of all, besides the devs/GMs. He did what any reliable player should, besides making the ingame ticket.

i've seen ppl do same thing in EPL to move the guard and stop them with patrolling.
this should be counted as abuse obviously and warning/bannable until it get fixed.
