seems like they finally fixed their mistake.

I am not saying when it "actually" happened on retail, so far it was listed as 55.2 on Nostalrius, i can't seem to find a patch note about it on the annoucements.
Are they just doing hidden changes or something? i would love a list to what the server does and when, just can't find it.

they do delayed patch notes from what I've seen so far.
"apply the fix first, then post patchnote"

just make sure the WDB folder is up to date so you wont get shocked when things change overnight.

I am still waiting for this long patchnote announcement as well.

Here at Nostralrius our DEVs try their best to spend time on the most important issues, nerfing the few items that drop was one of these key issues negatively affecting the player base.


edit: we also thought it was a good idea to change Blade Of Eternal Darkness so it has 0% proc chance because we thought casters had to many gearing options

What a great use of dev time! Staying totally true to patch 1.3! With all this tier 2 dropping of most bosses in MC...oh wait or how about HoJ dropping of angerforge! Oh wait.... But we don't want to make those changes as BWL is right around the corner! Oh wait.... Well at least we can make one of the only good end-games weapons in the game worse! That will make a lot of people happy i'm sure of it!
