Deadmines:
I'm guessing you mean Mr. Smite and not Gilnid. He performs his stuns and changes weapons which makes his attack speed and damage range different at each phase.
Edwin Van Cleef performs his sound files at incorrect intervals (which becomes overlapped at the end).
Wailing Caverns:
Mutanus can be summoned by the Disciple of Naralex but the 2 waves of mobs that are summoned before the boss appear too quickly for an appropriate level group so that you end up tanking the boss and 2 to 4 adds at the same time (at least this is what happened when i did this 6 months ago). Also, Naralex did not appear afterwards with some event speech after Mutanus was killed.
RFD:
Tuten'kash and his waves of spiders are summoned in a moderated fashion but not exactly sure how the event should transpire and if there are any speech or sound files missing.
Uldaman:
Ironaya spawns and the staff opens the door but she comes out of the door too quickly and does not perform the emote like she should. Also, she is missing the mallet that she should be holding (but this could be a TBC addition). Originally, the doors guarded by the 4 stone golems to Archaedas were unable to be opened but now it is possible to open the doors even though it is not in the same way that it was done on retail. Archaedas seems to summon his Earthen brethren but some of them come at much quicker intervals than on retail and he does not perform the channeled beam, the attack pause, and cast animation when awakening them. At some point in the fight he is supposed to summon 2 of the 4 large golems but they hit so hard/fast that an appropriate level melee dps cannot normally tank it like they should be able to do. Previously, he would just summon all 4 of the large golems at once regardless of whether the soft enrage timer had passed or not and he did this at 33%. The boss and his Vault Warders are supposed to hit like wet noodles but they hit harder than anything in the instance.
Zul'farrak:
The witch doctor Zum'rah still summons all of the zombies at once and they hit as hard as any other warrior type elite when they shouldn't be. The stair event is fun but i feel as if the waves arrive a bit too fast for an appropriate level group and the friendly NPCs position themselves in funny ways sometimes causing the whole group at the bottom to aggro at once (which probably should not happen). Also, if the friendly NPCs tag the mobs before you do damage to them, then you will not get loot so good luck with Nekrum and Sezz'ziz.
