It's already reported. Since months actually. This issue exists on Ragnaros too.

Some players even bothered doing the research regarding the correct loot tables & pools for each bosses.
Obviously double Bulwark, double Shadowflame, triple Edge of Chaos, etc. are drops which shouldn't happen.
Now everyone is affected by this so let's enjoy/cry about it while it lasts.

There is nothing more players can do except make forum threads to underline the reported and confirmed issues, it's in the staff's hands.
