PSA: Tomorrow the PvP server realm name will change.

It is becoming "Nostalrius Begins PvP" from just "Nostalrius Begins". This will likely screw up your add-ons so make sure you're prepared for tomorrow! Thought I'd throw this out so people aren't as surprised tomorrow.

Name of realms will changed:
* Existing one will change to "Nostalrius Begins PvP",
* PVE realm will be named "Nostalrius Begins PvE".

and change the "Nostalrius Begins" folder name to "Nostalrius Begins PvP" ?

That is not well thought since it will be a big mess up for many people and their config files. It's not just the folder to rename. Many addons save their settings with the realmname.

to search and replace a string in every file in a whole folder structure, download notepad ++ , open it, push ctr+f and set it like this

Yes, because most people on this server frequents the forums and are competent enough with computers to figure that thing out.

I will have no problems myself, I even use Notepad++ and similar programs on a regular basis, but I'm fairly sure I'm in the minority. Most people will log in later today and be rather clueless as to what to do.

If they can figure out how to get into a vanilla WoW private server, I'm pretty sure that downloading Notepad++ and using a "search and replace" function is not out of the question.
