Another lag rant

So after having a complete fucking mental breakdown because of the lag, i decided to come here to tell you about it, because we can never have too many posts on how fucking atrocious this lag is... even when it's not at its worst.

So i was playing my rogue killing mobs, a fagadin comes up and hits me... i hand his ass to him, 3 minutes later he's back hitting my mobs... i decide to jump him and would've killed him again but he decided to run to the nearest town... i'm in hot pursuit and on my screen i am running INSIDE of him... slightly fucking IN FRONT of him (he's running in a straight line all the way to town) and i get spam in the middle of my screen "you are too far away" and i'm not hitting him... even though i am running FUCKING IN FRONT OF HIM!!!!!!! I DON'T GIVE A FLYING FUCK WHERE HE IS ON HIS SCREEN OR WHERE THE SERVER THINKS HE IS HE IS FUCKING EVEN BEHIND ME AT SOME POINT BUT MOSTLY I AM RUNNING INSIDE OF HIM AND IT SAYS I AM TOO FAR AWAY!!!!! UNPLAYABLENESS FUCKING CONFIRMED.

And no, it never said that i was facing the wrong way... i'm not stupid.

So, i almost ragequitted this whole shitty mess but decided to not play my rogue anymore until the lag is fixed because until it is, it is completely fucking unplayable as i have proven above.

Whilst I feel your pain with the lag - Have you not seen the posts about the work they are doing to fix it?

Also your acting like a spoilt brat - There are constructive ways to put your point across and this sure as hell is not one of them.

Obviously you are nerd raging at the moment and we all do it including me - When you calm down you will see how stupid you have reacted and appologise for your outburst.

I am sorry for what you are facing. Your mental health is incredibly important and should not be taken lightly. If a video game is causing you mental stress, you should sincerely consider the idea of not playing.

Have you considered going for a walk in a park? Or perhaps a holiday on a beach? If these are not possible, consider the purchase of a fish tank; fill it with natural plants, a fish, and a bubbler. Staring at a fish tank for 10 minutes a day has been proven to aid in the reduction of stress levels.

Whilst I feel your pain with the lag - Have you not seen the posts about the work they are doing to fix it?.

I have, and i said that i'm not going to quit playing, but i am not touching any of the melee classes anymore until it is fixed, hopefully with clustering or by removing all the Chinese or something...

I am simply pointing out what i experienced and tried to paint an as clear picture as possible using words of how immensely unplayable it currently is... Nostalrius has had many issues in the past, but this is much worse than the time when it would crash every 30 minutes cause then you could at least play in between the crashes... Now it's like, OK you cannot play until late evening when there's less Chinese online... EVERY DAY!

I am not in any way ungrateful, i love Nostalrius. But this lag... it's simply unplayable and it ruins the whole thing and it's been like this for a while now... you can't deny that.

Your above example is why I fucking hate PVPing with all the Chinese on the server. Even when it isn't lagging, I basically have to Blind them in order to get them to resync with the server.
