I believe you guys are incorrect as I've learned more, although I may be wrong.

"Your RP earning does not appear to be capped, except that your new total will not exceed your level cap."

The only thing being limited by level is the amount of RP earned PER WEEK. Therefore, I am earning my maximum RP possible at the moment which is 14625. BUT, since I earned 13325~ RP last week and 14625~ RP this week (standing 16 and 12, top .4% easily), I was able to hit 27950 total RP then take 27950 * 20% for decay which equals 27950 - 4925 = 23025 (Knight is 20000-25000).

Now, I may be misinformed, I requested the Nos staff to address this last week, but never heard back from them or anyone who was extremely knowledgeable about this issue.

It isn't per week, it's total. It is said one line above what you quoted : "Your RP total is capped based on your level below 60.
There is indeed a problem :/.

Gzus, what was your rank last week? It seems from your rank that this was your first week doing serious PVP. Remember, RP has to add up week by week in order to gain rank. You can't just be Grand Marshal in 1 week by earning Standing 1 one specific week.
