I'll be very surprised if this post doesn't get deleted/removed.

My wife and I just had our accounts closed and submitted a post asking the GMs why we got banned. Apparently they thought we were botting (while we were questing and talking in guild and whispers???).

The wife and I really enjoyed leveling and spent 6 days played time on this server. Isn't it pretty obvious we are not bots if we are literally talking to each other IN GAME DURING THE TIME OF THE BAN??? Doing instances, questing, etc.

Regardless, it's obvious GMs don't care about facts and dish out bans even if innocent people are banned in the crossfire. We recorded, reported and talked to GMs about ACTUAL bots we found while leveling. I guess that is bot-like behavior as well.

Anyway, I hope you guys have fun on this server, too bad we couldn't be a part of it.

I think you are supposed to contact one of them on here through Private last I read, and they can investigate the issues...

It sucks I agree, but jumping the gun and tossing out a upset post before looking for more help isnt the best thing to do

Check the support forum, I think it was in there last week?
