Forget Kronos, they're already done but do you think Nostalrius will make Blizzard rear its head over here lol?

I do not think so, maybe if they start accepting donations on a regular basis and start making profit.

But without profit I do not think blizzard cares much about a private server hosted outside of the US.

Kronos seems to be doing okay. What makes you say that?

This topic is a little more relevant. : )

I think it is a fair to consider the rate at which folks are leaving retail (let's wait for next quarter report) and what type of game it is they are seeking to fill their leisure time.

I for one, began to really dislike the direction of retail and discovered what it was I was seeking was the same game in it's near original state. More difficulty and complexity rather than less and less.

Nostralrius is in fact what I was looking for.

Whatever might be happening with Kronos is irrelevant to me.

The host is not located within the US. Blizzard has no authority outside of the US.

If you're afraid of Nostalrius being shut down by blizzard, then think again.

More difficulty and complexity

Stop saying that. Vanilla is neither more difficult nor complex than the expansions.

The Hunter rotation in Vanilla composes of Aimed Shot, Multi Shot and Serpent Sting for fuck's sake, in WOTLK you had a load of other spells to use.

You do not use serpent sting in the hunter rotation you fuck.

It cetainly is more difficult and complex for me..and that's the first time I've said it. I didn't say anything about hunters.

Classic is more difficult in the sense that you have to be careful how you play while leveling, and that you do substantially less damage to mobs relatively speaking, but I think Classic is objectively far less complex than retail. I'm not saying that's necessarily good or bad, but I'm very curious as to what makes you think Classic is somehow more complex.
