Emp, even though it should be dropping off angerforge. One of the many things currently wrong with the loot tables on the server.

It should be dropping from Angerforge. It was changed to Emperor in late vanilla.

I wasn't able to find a precise patch date though as to when it was removed from General Angerforge and added to Emperor Dagran Thaurissan. If anyone can find data on that then please share and I'll add it to the ticket.

23 May 2006 - Drops off Emp. It was somewhere in between patch 1.8.0 (October 2005) and patch 1.10.0 (March 2006)

It seems it was changed with the 1.10 patch (28 march 2006).

I quote the patch note:
"High-Level Instance Changes:
Along with the new Armor Sets, the high-level 5-10 man dungeons have received some changes regarding loot. [...]"

According to this, the Nostal loot table for this item is correct.
