I have no feeling or care for a negative nancy that is against policing by mods of THEIR OWN FORUMS for what they deem necessary as toxic or irrelvant/ignorant posting of similarly minded individuals whom are too thinly skinned are so butthurt sensitive over the internet, who feel that the world revolves around what they say, whether it matters or not. It shows the mods actually care, and I hope they don't let up w/o abusing their power to do so (and from my POV since the servers official release, they've done so just fine, and rightly so). Forget the fact you spout aimless claims, OP.

Actually the OP is a bit right. Vanilla was a game based big time on the hate between alliance and horde. Heroes of horde and alliance were trash talking each other on forums and so the community was much more "glued" to the game, to what was happening, to who killed who, to who was really annoyed cause X did that. Now obviously I dont suggest the mods being totally careless about some dude who delivers some atrocious swearing constantly, but a bit here and there could go unceronsored

You and the moderators and the people who support what they are doing are the ones being thin skinned. Not me.
Shit talking to a degree is a good thing.
These forums are the furthest thing from "blizzlike", im almost sure that the moderators here came from tumblr.

My favorite n64 game is Mischief Makers, has anyone else played it? It's one of the few sidescrolling games on the n64 and its made by Treasure (Dynamite Headdy, Ikaruga, Gradius V, etc)

I adore the n64, sir.

Console is definitely lacking compared to say, the PS1, but its got 20~ solid games. My personal favorites being:

1. Mischief Makers
2. Goemon: Legend of the Mystical Ninja
3. Snowboard Kids
4. Bomberman Games (all 3 are solid)


Didn't really want to list 1st party Nintendo games because they are to be expected, but those are some 3rd party titles I thought were great.

These forums were a cesspool previously & probably scared away more players from using them vs. inviting them to contribute to the community (my opinion not fact).

Does it have to be a carebear circlejerk...no....just don't shit post and you wont have an issue.

I agree completely, the most harmful thing to the community is toxic members, and it only takes a few to drive other people away.

I fully support moderation when warranted, which unfortunately is frequently.

However many moderators have adopted a no fun allowed policy for these forums.
