What is up with all these bad players from certain guilds!

I never understood why people feel the need to write "ding" on guild after each level up. Do people really need others gratulations to feel accomplished?

I can confirm playing with russians is just dog awful, had a tank from Winter Chill some time ago in LBRS and he just went afk for like half an hour midway through the dungeon then left, 10mins later he was in MC, lulz
