For your relief, i played on pvp server since release, and i quit when cata hit. IF you would have read my text carefully, you would have noticed, that im not against pvp at world bosses, but against the practice of abusing some single abilities like taunt on bosses where you cant have that happening in the wrong second.

Ofc you can kill the other faction. But you cant kill your own Faction. Besides that it is enough to rez and taunt at the right moment to wipe a whole Raid on a Raidboss like emerald dragons.

I dont know, if you ever experienced a 18h Dragon fight with 5 ppl of the opposite faction griefing you with such desperate measures just to prevent you from killing it, while they didnt have the manpower or skill to do it the honest way - mano e mano

Stop trying to put OPs statements on the edge. With just 5-10 people on kazzak you can make sure NO ONE gets the boss, ever! The problem with this, is that its difficult as fuck to execute a proper rule against this, anyone simply labelling all of the examples as generic PvP is either ignorant or confounded.

People know what griefing is, and what PvP is. I've griefed Kazzak raids, had a resurgence in numbers for my faction, and won the kill. Fuck having hand-holding GMs. It's not like it'll kill somebody if nobody ends up getting the kill due to griefing. Somebody is bound to get it eventually.

No but if i boss pull from same faction does it mean griefing or abuse? .. tbvh its every man for himself then it comes down to moral standards i wouldnt do it to my own faction though but that depends who it is behind it

well you can easily avoid that issue by just gathering a bit aside from the boss and let it disengage due to range evade, its a bad move but you can deal with it at least.

Or you make a deal with the guild .. you get this kill and they get next(and u help them get it by body guarding the area) .. there is alot ways to deal with it..

World Boss "griefing" aka PvP is actually awesome fun. Seeing as we have killed Az when Horde have literally had 100+ players against us I think 1 guy taunting ain't gonna matter.

Kazzak, when Horde have run lvl 1 Alliance alts, so we can't even gank them ourselfs, in and turned him supreme, guess what you run away, reset and go again.

It's vanilla that's kind of what it's about at world bosses, yes it take 3-4hrs to kill a boss sometimes, but that's how it is.

I'm just baffled by how much worrying there is over 1 guy taunting, when you have 40 people there capable of silencing, stunning, or any form of CC to stop that from ever happening.
Or you can just not have horrible tanks who don't even notice the boss being taunted, and taunt him again.
The level 1 spam sounds annoying, though. But a single taunt is a laughable attempt. If you can't deal with that, you need to get good.
