if it REALLY frustrates you that much just roll horde. There is alot less alliance active in the world so you won't be ganked any where near as much. Although if you do decide to re roll your battleground queues will be long and you have a high chance of running into a premade. If you do get a pug vs pug you will most likely win as horde.

Got ganked by 2 60 lvl allys rogue+hunter setups MULTIPLE TIMES in BRD entrance, Thorium Point, Marshall refuge yesterday. It's not nice if you don't want to pvp and the other player is ??, just quest near the graveyards and if they're camping you, afk onto an alt. Or do dungeons. You get there eventually.
