I thought it was common knowledge that Feenix had a bad management team. I mean there are videos of hackers a plenty on Youtube doing all sorts of shit. I remember one where a serious hacker openly mocked their developers. He had something like 999999 gold in his bags from bot farming, and went around his city trading 200g to any random sap that would take it. When he got tired of the huge crowd spam trading him for more gold, he teleported to a different city(using a hack), and started doing it again. In about <1 minute, he had another crowd following him around spamming trade.

They also had threads on their own forum telling you about DDOS attacks that they couldn't do anything about. Great team.

it is also implied that if you say anything negative about this server, it gets removed or something, though, more specifically they'll punish you for saying anything bad about the administration

personally, I believe that you should be allowed to call the staff for anything out on what they do, if it is bad, and that the definition of constructive criticism should be considered by the staff for any organization corporation or franchise or business or whatever to be very, very broad, especially if they have the capability to silence dissenting opinion censoring it; otherwise you'll just open yourself up to the Streisand effect

I'll trust that the staff will " stay in line" like they have been so far, and I'd rather not define what that means beyond having alot of self-respect

if you don't wanna change that part of your ToU, thats fine by me as long as you have enough self-respect and, for one example, do not bow down to money, even if the server gets a million players or something

please keep in mind that I am actually partially censoring myself in fear that I'll get banned, or something, if I say much more

EDIT: for the sake of clarity, I think that any administration on Earth can become corrupt, if enough money is involved

Not a good idea at all to allow accusations of administration by player base. It creates unecesary conflict between the playerbase and administration, and also conflict within the administration. Anything regarding corruption should be handled internally.

If the administration in question is inherintly corrupt, then criticism from either administration or players will not matter. Ultimately, it is not up to the player base to resolve these types of issues. That is why it is best kept internally.

Of course, it is acceptable to privately message any administration member with regards to corruption, but never directly on the forums in view of the public.

Note: Accusations should not be filled with speculative information. They should be factual and be backed with meaningful evidence. Otherwise, 9 time out of 10 it is a waste of time.
