Fix blink, maybe make it blink the target instead of running at warp speed like it currently does. Maybe add some collision barriers on roof, idk all things that can be self taught on google in 15 minutes of time.
Server is full of shitty band-aid fixes that cause problems like this. That uldaman door fix is a real hoot too.
