Do you experience lag/delay on this server when it is full?

10:49am server time, I have 0% packet loss and 15ms, very smooth connection

The connection i got is around 15-25 ms and is very stable.
I think its server that is overloading that is causing the lag, maybe placing dungeons/raid instances and battlegrounds on a separated physical machine could help, blizzard does the same.
