tbh, getting ganked is quite avoidable. Be it getting resurrected by Bob or just logout for 10 MInutes. This kind of behaviour wasn't punished at retail-servers and it shouldn't be punished here.

Being ganked is part of the game, but of course when population is three times retail cap it happens lot more often.

Considering the horde players being alliance is a real pain. I tried alliance for a week or two, in westfall there is often some horde killing all the questing NPCs.

Just saying, horde complains about having few alliance in BG queue, but you don't help them to reach level 60 this way.
