You can use this command: /1 <your lvl> <your role (dps/tank/healer)> LFG <instance abbreviation (RFC/WC/BFD etc.)>

Not sure if you got it already or not, but that "command" was a troll and/or failed sarcastic humour attempt.

There is no instant Random Battleground / Random Dungeon Finder / Raid Finder queues in Classic WoW.

You get your ass to the BG location and queue by talking to the Warmasters.

You get your ass to the dungeons & raids' entrance and enter them.
