Fishing bots in duskwood

I am aware that they did respond to my whispers, but they could have their volume up really high and listen for when the whisper sound happens. You know, that sound that you hear when you get a whisper? So they could have been on another game or had another instance of wow open.
I just find it really hard to believe that anyone would come to duskwood on a level 5 toon to fish, of all places.
