Why I can never take Melee PVP Serious

This pretty much sums up why I stopped playing my rogue at 32. I'm not playing a priest, priest is still very frustrating with people running behind me (despite them being in front of me on my screen), but not nearly as frustrating as my rogue. I agree that its server side.... hope they fix it soon.

This is only really bad at active European times. I know that they did this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4JUwHIvEnZ but movement could still use a bit of improvement even without lag. Maybe interpolation isn't enabled right now?

usually happens to me and everyone in my guild when server cracks 7500

You can start feeling the lag every time server reach 6.500 players.

It gets worse the more players connect.

Same pbm for me. It's imposible to melee after 18 pm (european player). I love the pop but it's really annoying

Here is an example from Shadow Priest. Normally I can pull off 4 ticks of mind flay against a melee running towards me, before he will break the channeling. Since I'm slowing down my target It also does extra tick of SW:P and reduce Mind Blast cooldown. But with the lag melee reaches me in 1-2 ticks.
So yeah, lag is not fun for any class.
