Definition of multi-boxing : Multiboxing is a term used mostly in MMORPGs to refer to playing as multiple separate characters simultaneously, with or without additional programs.
Multi-boxing and bots are forbidden on our server, as it can impact others players moods and the global economy.

Connecting more than one account at the same time, for the same person can be done in several situations. We agree that it may be hard to distinguish which situation is legit or not.
What is not allowed :

• Using a third party software to duplicate keyboard actions
• Having a few characters online and obviously exploiting some system (PvP abuses for example)
• Having one character following another to rush quests, dungeons, ...

What is allowed :

• Enchanting one character with another
• Trading items (bank characters)
• More generally, you should never need to connect 3 or more characters at the same time

Having another character follow another char to rush quests, dungeons... this means if i level up a 60 mage i can't use that mage to help power level another character even if i'm controlling both those characters myself? Example, rounding up a bunch of mobs with mage, switch to alt throw a grenade to tag those mobs then switch over to mage and AOE them down, that wouldn't be allowed?

Why? It doesn't affect another players experience, which for me is the reason to limit multiboxing on a private server.

Sounds like a no no according to Daemon, but you can still give yourself all the free food, water, and portals that you want. You could even give intellect to all your groups outside the dungeon portals without actually taking the Mage inside. Park his ass outside and use him like a vending machine.

I'm not really very thrilled about Daemon's response... after all I could /f with my Alts any time I wanted in Vanilla Retail. This kinda sucks for me... sniffle.
