Liar, last night there was over 7k online, and i had like 1-2 seconds of delay, that even in spain where ms should be 20

It's not the MS, it's the server unable to cope with 6k+ players, thus the delay appears. I have 3ms, yet still get delay of a few seconds if there's more than 6k online.

I'm in the UK so my ping is about as good as it gets, here's my input on the delay:
1-5k - Fine; perhaps a minor delay at the higher end, but it's so small that it's not really significant.
5k+ Small delay of a few tenths of a second; noticeable but not gamebreaking. Still very much playable.
6k+ More significant delay of up to half a second; it's getting annoying at this point, but still not gamebreaking (perhaps unless you're a melee in PvP)
7k+ Very annoying delay of 0.5-1 second; this is the point at which I stop PvPing.
8k+ Constant delay of 1+ seconds on everything; this is the point at which I log off.

I feel bad for the burgers who are playing with a constant 250+ ping on top of the delay.

Play in the east coast of the US, hardly ever notice any server lag unless there's well over 7k people on. The only thing I'll start to notice is the decreased view distance kicking in.

I'm sure nost staff appreciates the input about your struggles though.

I will say this, it was getting really bad but then the last few days I haven't noticed any issues or lag and the server hasn't crashed when I've been on.

I really really hope they will find a solution for that delay. So far i have a blast beeing new on the server and feeling the real wow again. but i have to admit that with increasing Levels this will become more and more a bigger problem. but i wanted to give a big thanks to the nostalrius Team for what they allready achieved. and i really hope they will continue to grow and improve!

I agree with the 5k cap. I dont mind waiting in queue even if its a hour queue. Id rather wait a hour to play properly than playing with delay and not enjoying the game at all.

I have stable 70-90ms without pocket loss, but input delay is like 1 second+ on spells and 2-6 seconds on other things like dismounting\removing shapeshifting - it gives unfair advantage to all ranged damage dealing classes, since you can't even pvp as a melee.

its fucking annoying doing stance dance as warrior with this delay, i lose my overpower most of times
