Seems like they did this in 2 waves because I also got an "of toughness" item about a week ago and some other suffix I don't remember. Before that I've never seen those bonuses.

I can imagine it should be time to update some BiS lists.

That does not sound blizzlike. I don't remember +skill greens at all. But yes, those are gonna be BiS and will probably break things pretty quickly once you're like 6+ levels worth of weapon skill over raid bosses, cya glancing and cya caster DPS.

Pretty sure proficiency is not supposed to be dropping in vanilla, even though theres a Suffix ID for it.

Fixes and updates are added to the live server all the time, most without fanfare.

The new suffixes were patched in this afternoon. Happy hunting!

Item changes could use a little fanfare when they aren't entirely congruent with the retail patches.

If physical dps are going to get enough weapon skill to push glancing blows off the table, maybe mage tier sets, and all cloth itemization should be fixed too. I'm looking at you, Clutch of Andros.
