Essentially yes. Except he doesn't actually sell the mats with Fitzzies. I have Fitzzies added to my friends list, and when I see people looking in /2 or world for expensive crafts with their mats, I instantly see him log in no more than 10-20 seconds later. He's on for no more than 5 minutes, then back off again. Only ever logs in when someone needs a craft. I never see the popular mats he ninjas sold by him (Arcane crystals, devilsaur leather. etc etc).
With these details in mind, one could only assume that he trades the mats to his main and sells them from there. He may trade them to a bank alt and then mail the gold from the bank alt to his main? Who knows. Regardless, wherever these trade goods or gold end up, that account should be permanently banned.
Like I said earlier, I understand that GM's won't (and probably can't) deal with every situation that arises like this, but at what point does it become worthy of a GM's attention? When a player is scamming thousands of gold, effectively becoming one of the richest players on the server, is that not cause to intervene?
