What are you talking about? 30% is a ton of players. 30% of the server will obviously not reroll on PvE server

The 'pve dream' will die with the casual carebears. Cold and alone, in the dark of internet oblivion.
And no gold.
I hate people like you who thinks that the only point of view is thieir own. I won't be rolling there myself, but I don't plan to start predicting the future of the server based on my own bias.
I hope you also realize that the vast majority of players don't do much, if any at all, unless it's forced upon them.
PvE has always been the most popular aspect of any MMO including WoW. I enjoy PvP very much myself, and I see a lot of people who do, but most prefer PvE.
The Shortest Path wrote:Having world pvp at 60 while farming and at dungeon entrances is really huge.
Some would think that's a lot of fun, while others would not. When people go to farm they usually go farm, and not to PvP, same could be said for dungeons. Imagine when Naxx comes out and you're forced to farm for consumables on days you don't raid to be able to progress, and some assholes are ganking you wherever you go, and as a result you end up not getting enough consumables for the raid. Not very fun, now is it.
The Shortest Path wrote:Also things like TM/SS fights.
The only reason people were fighting at TM/SS was because there were no BGs and it was the only zone with two bases close together with a short distance to the GY, hence it was quite practical for farming honor. It was quite a common thing having fights there all days of the week because of the ranked system. Once WSG was released TM/SS fights pretty much died off, except for a few player made events.

It will favor alliance, but not by a ton; people who prefer horde will still play horde. I would bet that at most you'll see a 60:40 A:H ratio.
