Sorry Ohr I was so gobsmacked I quoted you, wasn't directed at you at all. You're one of the few who actually strive to do stuff and I'm so disappointed Nos seems to want to keep you guys down in this way.

Mara was far more lucrative and easier, DM N stealth (and broken) fix seems to be a kneejerk reaction to people crying.

I'll have to play with this nerf myself. Would be even more hilarious if I found a method to still do the tribute solo. If not, then I'll start checking other gold farming methods and be sure to share with the hunters in our subforums as usual.

I'm pretty sure it's doable and if anyone can find a way it's you. The irony of hunters still being able to solo while groups can no longer do it...

Ironically, the first several times I solo'd the king, I did it without leaving the platform...because I thought the ghost ogres on the ledges would attack if I got too close. Much newb. Slightly smarter now.

I'm assuming for the appropriately spec'd and geared hunters, being limited to the platform would only add maybe 5 more minutes to the run.

In light of other classes stealth runs to bosses, stealth runs picking DM books, mages aoe farming everything, etc etc, seems weird to nitpick for this one 'nerf' against hunters and apparently some druids.

1) I don't have the time nor I care to scour the internet for patch notes.
2) It was 10 years ago when I last AOE farmed. But I believe blizz made the change where you couldn't just change party leaders back and forth to refresh the instance. Something like that.
3) I played a bit of this server when I had a little time until I realized that it was nothing but whiny 20 somethings that are doing nothing but trying to relive the past at a game they were probably terrible at as teens.

Look for 10 year old patch notes? No thanks. I just remember knowing i couldn't do it anymore, or that it wouldn't be worth it. Again, 10 years ago. But i know it had something to do with Blizz fixing the way we reset the instance. Changing party leaders or the like. As for providing "meaning" or "validity", I'll leave that to you silly kids given that most of you had 0 idea what it was like that long ago.

Implications were had. I may not be the same class I was back in retail vanilla, but I'm pretty sure people still know how things were because a lot of the fixes were documented. As for bringing up a point without citation, that doesn't work around here.

it seems OP is jealous to others that who have skills to solo things, hes upset because he didnt rolled mage, and even not hunter. It have always been in wow history that thise two class that can solo like a crazy. Why havent you tried this thing yet? but raging here because others do it, is it even exploit? if it, then its banable thing. But if it just scripted like that as blizzard did, so get over it.
yYour like crying things what others are able to do and your not, Hunters can kill and farm elites and earn good amount money, so nerf them pet because they are good tanks?
Like mages can aoe grind much money, so nerf frost builds like a crazy?
and Rouges too for stealthing for chests? remove stealth?
