Grounding Totem has no cd on spells absorbed?

are you dumb? i will explain it again for slowmind people who dont understand basic mechanics and cant read tool tips: it absorbs ONE SPELL EVERY X SECONDS. if its a non damaging spell the totem will remain there until its next absorb, if its a DIRECT dmg spell ( fireshock) it will disapear. The problem now is the totem is absorbing ALL NON DAMAGING SPELLS which is not blizzlike at all , so please stop being retarded.
