Question about taking 40 people to raid

Ony mechanics are fairly straightforward, assuming the whelps are kept under control - which is easy to do when the boss fight is 10 years old. I heard they even nerfed conflag here, not 100% sure though.

Any other bosses besides that one?

Guess what im really asking is, can a guild with all Tier 0 or equal gear do MC with less than 40, if everyone knows what they are doing with like 25 or 30?

Could get very rough with Tier 0.. pre-raid gear you can clear MC with 30 (or atleast first 8) without problem I'd say. Just use lots of consumables and flasks, I don't even think raggy would be a problem (although the tanks will need like 200+ FR if u wanna be comfortable).

Although 25-30 players knowing what they are doing is hard to come by, wish you luck

Im asking because me and some friends plan to start a guild if they ever put up the PvE server, and would be easier to get loot with less people running, and if we can do all of MC wwith 30, that would be great.
