Skipping STV?

Go from zone to zone, doing yellow/orange quests as you go. Pick up ones that are in weird spots, but leave the quest hub ones open so you don't hit the 20 max active quests. I rotated between thousand needles, STV, and desolace for most of my 30-40 xp. I got ganked to the point of saying "fuck it lets go lvl in another zone" in ALL THREE OF THEM. Just go do something else. Get on a flight path and look at porn for 3 minutes and boom a whole new zone with new ?? characters ready to gank you.

The only way to not get ganked as you level is by running dungeons multiple times. If you are doing this with pubs instead of people you trust, this is probably worse than getting ganked every 30 seconds in STV. I did the second half of gnomer with a DCed party member, my hunter pet as tank, and 2 players that spoke broken english and did not respond to anything you said (they also did not respond to most enemies attacking them, and had to be rezzed a ton of times).

It's a giant festival of shit. You can pick any flavor you want, but it's still shit and you still have to eat it. Dig in!

As an alliance do not skip STV, you will find your lvl 40-50 range lacking of quests, so you'll need all you can get. Alliance just do not have as much as horde does in other zones like feralas and hinterlands.
