Ranks in vanilla don't mean shit. You can be rank14 and still be a scrub. High ranks don't require skill, just time investment and AV farming.

I really the hope the answer to that question is a resounding "no". If not, I now know why so many people are so very terrible @ PVP.

I'm honestly more surprised that they're playing in windowed mode when borderless windowed is an option.

Do you understand how key binding works? it edits spells where every you want, with keys you want. It doesnt mean your main bar needs to have all your important spells.
