By that logic if I'm a rogue and I roll need on a shield it's not ninja'd because I rolled like everyone else.

Class-locked loot (outside of tier pieces) didn't come until late MoP or WoD. And even then it's just trinkets.

But seriously, Second Wind is a healing trinket. It's got bonus heal on it. Any dps caster that rolls on it for the mana on-use, ESPECIALLY when the healer needs it, is a fucktard.
