Well, to be fair, Naxx is just under a year away. ~10 months according to their timeline. Even still, if they can hotfix DM North and ninja-nerf AV, then why can't we get increased black lotus spawns?

I guess they want Naxx to be impossible because there literally won't be enough Lotus on the server to fuel main fucking tanks, let alone regular raiders, in content where Flasking is mandatory.

Yeah... ~100 lotus spawn per day, and you need 80 for a 4 hour raid (40x2). So in a week, you'd have enough black lotus spawning to fuel seven raids.

wouldn't be an issue if we had a normal population of 2500 or so.. atleast the PVE realm will be ok on black lotus since well.. there's a cap. :^)

one of the drawbacks for having such high population guys.

I thought it was one per zone, with a respawn of about an hour each? So four spawn zones times 24 hours is ~100. Or am I incorrect?

I wouldn't know, have not seen one spawn in decades.

I think that's how it was supposed to be, but it's heavily nerfed from that on this server at the moment, AFAIK. A guildie of mine who did research on this shit said there are currently not enough Lotus spawns per week to allow two tanks in every raiding guild to pop 4 Flasks a week.
