Your analogy was dogshit at an argumental level, if you can't realize i'm not going to be the one to teach you basic logic validity, it's actually pretty possible to know it's an exploit, just not that the nostalrius staff considers it as such, but it's still what it is, an exploit, there's no reason for fixed spawns to be in the game.

As for the other guy saying that even if the spawns were randomized that they would get mined all the same, there's a difference between 1 player controlling fixed spawns and giving everyone a fair shot at RNG and find the nodes themselfs.

^ But that doesn't have any effect on the economy. That's my point.

It does on your personal economy, instead of the same player selling 100 AC, we distribute that wealth among other players, a fair shot for everyone, I don't see how you could possibly think this is unfair and that the people monopolizing fixed spawns of any kind aren't doing anything wrong.

If GMs are bored and lazy banning players without recourse or reasoning, then assail them with tickets to get them to communicate what's legal or not what you're farming, while you're farming.

Every time, all the time. Since they won't communicate here on the forums, and feel bored enough to abuse their power on random players who're just PLAYING THE GAME.

PS: Lots of herbs and mine nodes still seen floating in space in tirisfal glades, wpl, epl.

I was under the impression from the Admins comments about it that they were selling gold. "industrial levels"?

Also, this "industrial level" mining bullshit is getting retarded, the bans must be given to ANYONE who actually abused it, not one timers or people who didn't even have an idea that they were on a fixed timer, that's up for the staff to investigate and find out, but you are true in what you are saying, that certain people who were on some serious industrial level bullshit didn't get banned, while others who only did it once or twice did infact get banned ( I don't see how nost staff could do this, unless there's blatant favoritism towards certain players) then that's a far more serious problem in my view.

Hate to break your bouble but nost admins dont give a flying fuck about feedback of this kind. They dont care about what the playerbase think about this. A normal way of dealing with this would have been warning first then ban if the player still dose it but they haven´t graspt that way of thinking yet and wont as it seems from previous ways of dealing with bans/warnings.

The player should not have to ask a GM if something is ban worthy as their policy is atm, And to just ban players for stuff like this it stupid. Players should not have to run around in fear of getting banned for no reason or not knowing that something is consider an offence. Just look on the players that are baned for the bug when you log in and are flying on a griffon, you can be flaged for flyhack with that and get permaband unless you are recording what is happening and prove that you are flying on a griffon.

Economy blah blah aside, that's how it was back on retail. If Nost internally decides it's a bug or exploit how are we suppose to know? Calling Miss Cleo: "What blizzlike thing they gonna randomly ban for this week?" "Bumbaclaud me brodda. Dey gone getchya for hidin behind dat Nef throne. Miss Cleo has spoken."
