On the 30th of August they made an announcement that they were positive about the PvE trial and that a more detailed announcement was coming in a "few weeks".
A few weeks could mean a lot of things and isn't defined well.
I always suspected that it meant a minimum of 3 weeks (which will be this sunday) because otherwise you'd write "a couple of weeks".
I'd say anything up to around 7-8 weeks could reasonably still be called a few weeks... After that it should have been a few months.
My own prediction was thus always Sunday the 20th of September at the earliest and the 25th of October at the latest.
Do I hope to hear more on September 20th? Absolutely.
Do I expect to hear more on September 20th? Not really. (I predict the 27th)
Would I get angry if we haven't heard anything by October 25th? No, because I really don't think we have the right to be angry about a free service being a long time in the making. I'd rather that they take their time and release a smooth game than a buggy version.
