Luodanlun afk-leeching honor kills in BGs - tolerable?

This is the best way to maximize honor/hour for a rogue, because there is no death downtime and you can do other stuff irl.
I know someone got warned for fishing in AB so maybe it's similar but I don't know, it seems silly to tell people how they should be playing

I fish in AV all the time. You just need a complete Fishing outfit or people will report you for slacking.

I'd argue AV is not the same as wsg or ab, in many ways.
It's even intended for lower players to join av and level inside, doing quests on their own. for example.

Someone took the analogy of being inside a raid and not dps:ing. What people would do there is to kick the person, so having some kind of groupvote for wsg/ab would perhaps be an idea.
What do ya think of that? Think about both the positive and negative.

I can see some would say it can be abused, but say you need 80% yes-votes to kick someone (8 in wsg, 12 in ab). Which scenario would be most common, when people afk or when people get grief-kicked?
